Styles include the Dina, a soft grey Tuscan nubuck shoe with a 1920s fuchsia grosgrain silk heel, the Tamara, a high-sheen Italian leather shoe with 1950s pin-prick polkadot fabric toe and heel and the Laura, a striking design of brocaded fabric in glorious colours. What’s more, the collection is totally affordable so you look a million dollars without it costing the earth, in more ways than one. 

 

Kitty Cooper’s shoes are  made with Uk sourced components and are hand made by a family business in East London. As a company they support small local industry, which cuts down air miles and helps build and sustain thriving communities.  All their fabrics, ribbons and trims are vintage - from the 1920s to the 1970s and their leather is a natural by-product of the food industry. The leather is tanned using organic substances such as the seed pods of the Tara tree, or the Valonea oak.  Their packaging is made from 100% post-consumer recycled, non-bleached paper, and their shoe bags are organic, fairtrade, non-GM cotton. Kitty Cooper also produces only small runs of each style and gives customers the chance to choose their own vintage fabric from the collection.
