Beau Soleil was set up by Anne Salvatore Epstein, previously of Marc Jacobs, who, upon discovering she was pregnant, made drastic changes to her lifestyle.  found out she was pregnant, she drastically changed her lifestyle. Once a high flying, fast moving New Yorker she made more ethical and green changes and as such chose to set up her own collection which she named  after her favourite oyster.  The collection is full of stylish essentials including simple dresses, tops and trousers which scream elegance and comfort, all in neutral shades but with chic details such as antique brass grommets, mini studs and leather trims. 

 

Fabrics used include organic cotton, bamboo fabrics, eucalyptus tree fibre and vintage materials with colours created from vegetable dye and all clothes are created by means only of fair trade labor practices.
